Patella Exteriors is the operating name used by Patella and Associates LLC for exterior-cleaning services. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website, request an estimate, communicate with us, approve work, receive an invoice, or otherwise interact with our service workflow.

Depending on how you use the site or work with us, we may collect contact information, property addresses, service selections and measurements, estimate and proposal details, scheduling preferences, communications, invoice and payment status, and information you choose to include in forms or messages.

When a condition needs review, you may also choose to upload property or service photos. Customer-uploaded review photos are kept private in the CRM unless a separate use is authorized.

We use information to prepare and manage estimates, proposals, scheduling, service delivery, customer communications, invoicing, payment reconciliation, follow-up, service history, fraud and security checks, and normal business recordkeeping. We may also use aggregate or operational information to improve our website, estimating process, and services.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Patella Exteriors does not need to store your full card number in its CRM. We also use service providers for functions such as website hosting, database services, transactional email, calendar synchronization, accounting integrations, and other business operations. Those providers receive information only as needed to perform their functions and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Our site may use essential browser storage or cookies required for security and normal functionality. We may also enable website analytics or similar measurement tools to understand site usage and improve the customer experience. If optional analytics are enabled, information may be processed by the applicable analytics provider.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us operate the business, when you direct us to do so, when reasonably necessary to protect our rights or prevent misuse, or when required by law.

We retain business and customer records for as long as reasonably needed for service history, accounting, legal, security, and operational purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the information we maintain, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may contact us to ask about information associated with you, request corrections, or ask whether particular information can be deleted, subject to records we reasonably need to retain for legal, accounting, security, or completed-service purposes. You may also ask us to stop optional marketing or review-request contact.

Our services and website are intended for property owners, occupants, managers, and other adults arranging exterior-cleaning services. They are not directed to children under 13.
