How do you decide how to clean a deck or fence?
The cleaning method is selected around the material, age, finish, condition, access, railings, gates, vegetation, and other details that affect how the surface should be handled.
Do decks and patios need to be cleared before service?
The base service assumes the work area is reasonably ready. One or two ordinary lightweight items may be handled as a courtesy, while significant relocation can be priced as additional labor and heavy or fragile items remain the customer’s responsibility unless separately agreed.
Can outdoor furniture be cleaned during the same visit?
Appropriate hard-surface outdoor furniture can be added to a job. Larger sets, cushions, upholstery, specialty wood or teak restoration, stain treatment, rust work, and similar specialty cleaning may need a closer look first.
