Website accessibility

Accessibility

Patella Exteriors wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We work to improve accessibility as the website changes and aim to follow generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practicable.

Our approach

We review important customer-facing features such as navigation, forms, keyboard access, text contrast, labels, focus indicators, and screen-reader semantics. Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining the website rather than a one-time certification.

Need help using the site?

If you have difficulty accessing information, using the estimator, submitting a request, or completing any other website task, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or service another way.

Accessibility feedback

If you report an accessibility problem, it helps to include the page or feature you were using and a brief description of what made it difficult to use. Information about your browser or assistive technology is welcome if you are comfortable sharing it, but it is not required.
